So Long, Farewell

This blogging thing has come to an end. As I peruse the net and other blogs it becomes apparent that the more individualized people want to be by sharing with us their lives, the more apparent the commonality becomes.

We are all just walking through this thing called life. We all crave love, affection, respect, acceptance. We all have joys and sorrows and our hearts have not bled any differently when we lose our beloveds.

All beautiful words have been spoken before through the centuries. For me personally, no one could express the sentiments of the soul any better than Florbela Espanca. So many poets, so many artists....why pollute the atmosphere with more unnecessary words?

So glad the holiday season is just about over......

I cannot, cannot stand it. Most people behave as though it brings out the best in them. It brings out the worst in me. I am beginning to recognize myself again.
